What happens in therapy?
Therapy with me is a process of finding and owning your own story.
In therapy, we will slow down and provide a space where your pain and inner voice can be heard. The heaviness you have been holding inside of you will lift when you are able to tell your story and just ‘be’.
As the therapy process unfolds, you might realize how hard you’ve been trying to be someone else. You’ll recognize you haven’t actually been living YOUR life - but the life others’ expect from you. Once you name this, it can start to change. I’ll be there to guide you in taking the steps to live your OWN life and finally start to feel like YOU.
Therapy will provide a safe space to gain insights and an opportunity to look inward to create that change and growth you have been craving for.

We will work together to discover who you are in a deeper level, and sort through the underlying causes of why you are feeling certain way. I am trained in several evidence-based therapy practices and our process will be tailored to your needs.
